1. Sending a Product For Warranty Repair.  

     We offer warranty to all of our GTDAUDIO products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you need warranty repair, please send it to our warranty repair center at the address below, along with a copy of your sale  receipt or other proof of purchase, your return address and phone number. a check or money order of  $15 for each item, to be payable to GTD electronics Inc. for the cost of shipping the product back to you. If the product is covered within the warranty period, it will be repaired by our technicians at no cost within one week after receipt, If the repair is deemed not to be covered under the manufactory's warranty, we will contact you to discuss the option and cost of repair.

2. What we do not cover.

      The warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, accidental damage or has been repaired by other than our authorized warranty center. For this quality issues, we would charge repair services.
